Elizabeth Avila

SOMATIC MOVEMENT · BREATHWORK · YOGA THERAPY

We are all shaped by our habits — the quiet, repeated patterns that make up each day.
Some lift us, others take us out of balance with what it means to live a fulfilling life.

Real change doesn’t come from obsessive willpower, or more information.
The deeper I’ve studied, the simpler my own practice has become — and it’s that same simplicity I bring to my work: less added, more felt.

Together we can build a practice designed to work with your life.

Suitable for any level, from beginner to advanced; any direction, from physical to spiritual.

About Elizabeth

Having spent decades in the fast-paced music industry, I went through a painful, stressful burnout that forced me, for the first time, to take stock of my health, my habits, and how disconnected I’d become from my own body. It took years of tears, practice, and study — but as with most difficult times in life, they reveal the gold beneath. I have a beautiful private studio in Ravenscourt Park.
I am also a proud yoga teacher for War Child & West London Action for Children.
