Elizabeth Avila

SOMATIC MOVEMENT · BREATHWORK · YOGA THERAPY

We are all shaped by our habits — the quiet, repeated patterns that make up each day.
Some lift us, others pull us out of balance with what it means to live a full life.

Alone or in a group, we find what works for you through movement, breathwork, mantra, and gentle lifestyle shifts.

The key to what I offer is simplicity. Lasting health is rarely found by adding more, but by reconnecting with what has always been.

Suitable for any level, from beginner to advanced; any direction, from physical to spiritual.

You might find me if you’re experiencing

Mobility issues · Lack of flexibility, Depression · Anxiety · Burnout ·
Sleep issues · Stress · Work/life imbalance · Erratic eating ·
Disconnection from the body · Lack of presence · Relationship strain ·
Loss of meaning or purpose · Grief · Digital overwhelm · Addiction

Or you may simply want to go deeper into a physical or spiritual practice.

“I found the movement and breathing sessions with Elizabeth extremely helpful in addressing the effects of stress on my mind and body. The techniques were easy to learn and apply, and they have given me a practical toolbox of strategies I can turn to for relief and grounding whenever I need it. . Overall, they have had a lasting positive impact helping me to feel more grounded and resilient in challenging moments.”

– Thalea, Manager War Child

“Elizabeth has taught me the value of truly listening to my breath, my body and through my practice – harness inner strength both physically and mentally. It has given me more freedom than I could have dreamt of. Thank you!”

– Rima, CEO We Are Peachies.

About Elizabeth

Having spent decades in the music industry as a manager nurturing the careers of many highly successful musicians and songwriters, a stressful burnout forced me for the first time, to take stock of my own unhelpful habits- slowing down enough to realise just how disconnected I’d become from my own body.
My discovery of this undiscovered world led me from practice to student to teacher – qualifying as a Vinyasa and Yin teacher in 2018.

From this foundation I then trained extensively for years with the guiding light of UK Yoga Therapy Colin Dunsmuir at True Yoga drawing knowledge from the lineage of legendary teacher Professor T. Krishnamacharya and his son TKV Desikachar.

I now find joy in places I’d previously either ignored or not even realised were there – stopping to smell the roses after years of rushing by.

I am also a proud yoga teacher for War Child & West London Action for Children.
